Customer Reviews
Fun experience, some minor issues
Our family attended Medieval Times with the Celebration Package, and it was a fun night out. The jousting and horsemanship were definitely highlights, very engaging for the kids. The food was decent, though a bit basic. My only real gripe was the souvenir photos we bought; they were a bit pricey for the quality and the wait to pick them up was long. Overall, we had a good time, but the photo process could be smoother.
Queen's Royalty Package!
We went with the Queen's Royalty Package for my daughter's birthday and it was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The seating was fantastic, right up front, and the extra goodies were a huge hit. The show itself was so much fun, the jousting was great, and the food was surprisingly good. We all had a blast! Will definitely be back, maybe for another birthday!
Solid night out, good show
We booked the General Admission tickets for a Friday night show. The online booking process was straightforward enough, and we arrived about an hour early as suggested. There was a bit of a line to get in, but it moved steadily. Our seats were in the red section, decent view of the arena. The show itself was entertaining, the knights were good and the falconry was impressive. The four-course meal was served efficiently, and the servers were attentive. We tried the bar drinks, a bit on the expensive side but to be expected at an attraction like this. Overall, it was a solid evening for the family, and everyone enjoyed the medieval atmosphere.
Great value with group tickets
I was looking to take my family, and a few of their friends, so I checked out the group tickets. It was a good deal, saved a fair bit compared to individual tickets. We got the General Admission, which was fine. The four-course meal was a nice touch, and the kids really enjoyed the show. It felt like a worthwhile experience for the price we paid.

I saw a promo code online, where do you actually put that in when you're buying tickets on their website?
Hey, thinking about taking my family to Medieval Times. Do they do anything for birthdays, like a free ticket or something if it's your birthday?
Planning a trip with some friends, it'll be like 10 of us. Is there any way to get a discount for a bigger group like that?
Anyone know if they do any deals for like, teachers or first responders? I heard some places offer those kind of discounts.
Just wondering if they have options for people who can't eat gluten. Like, is there a specific meal or do I just gotta try and pick around stuff?
